Stain Removal Tips
For fresh stains, always remove as much stain as possible with a clean cloth first.
Never rub a stain. Always blot using a white cloth so that you can see how much stain you are removing. If the white cleaning cloth picks up colour and the appearance of the fabric changes, do not continue.
Before using any of our products, always pre-test the product in a hidden area for colour fastness.
Never use warm or hot water on blood stains. Always clean cold.
Always clean from the outside of a stain towards the centre, to ensure you don’t spread the stain into unstained areas of the fabric.
Make sure you rinse the stained area thoroughly, using plenty of clean water, before using another cleaner.
