Maxcraft Leather dye fixative has been developed in Italy as a result of the development of new materials and the introduction of new finishing technologies. Its formulation contains high quality European acrylic resins selected according to their flexibility and toughness.
The product has a whitish appearance and a very creamy consistency. It has been developed to be applied exclusively by hand. The application must be carried out using a cloth, a sponge or a dauber. Thanks to the introduction of leveling additives the product does not leave scratches once dried. The application by hand allows to complete the finishing process in a uniform manner leaving the leather appearance unchanged.
Leather Dye Fixative creates a finishing layer on the natural leather, coloured with the Maxcraft Leather Dye, first by binding with the Leather Dye and then with the leather’s dermal substrate. This bond therefore prevents the color not completely tied to the natural hide from detaching over time.

The flexibility of its acrylic resins guarantees a long lasting performance avoiding the risk of cracks. The toughness of the components, on the other hand, makes it extremely effective in its main function, fixing the colour on the leather.
Once applied, let it dry completely, before proceeding with any subsequent operations. The drying time is very fast and it can vary from 5 to 10 minutes it depends on the room temperature. After drying, the product can be re-polished with mechanical operations (by brushing or polishing it with a soft cloth), or on top of it can be applied the Leather Gloss Finish, if you want to increase the level of sheen.
